Terms of Service
READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE LOGGING IN, UPLOADING CAPTCHAS, AND/OR SUBSCRIBING TO THE CAPTCHA KILLER SERVICE. YOU AS A USER, AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING AS YOU PROCEED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
1. Tolerated Use
By using the CAPTCHA Killer service you agree that it will not be used for spam related purposes. The CAPTCHA Killer service is to be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not hold CAPTCHA Killer, it's developers, principals, goons, affiliates, or anyone related to the service responsible for your actions. You will not use the software for any illegal or suspicious activity, or anything not accepted by respective websites TOS. You will only use this software for educational purposes. If you are found to not be following these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately; no refund will be made.
2. Refund/Cancellation Policy
Upon making payment, you agree with the following. No refunds will be made at any time, partial or full. CAPTCHA Killer has a demo, you are given the opportunity to trial the service before payment. The service could stop working at any given moment. There is no guarantee of continued operation. We reserve the right to discontinue all operations at any time for any reason. Please be aware, we have no uptime standards, SLA, or other service guarantee.
3. Liability
You will not claim CAPTCHA Killer, it's developers, principals, their girlfriends, the midgets, affiliates, or anyone related to the software to be liable for lost information, profits, or anything at all. You understand that by using CAPTCHA Killer services you could cause yourself significant legal trouble.
4. Lifespan
You understand and agree that CAPTCHA Killer is third party, grey area service. The service may disappear tomorrow. Any feature within CAPTCHA Killer is not guaranteed to last forever. Refunds will not be made. This service is provided on a somewhat best-efforts basis. Or more like, until we get lazy basis.
